November haul.

Hello! I'm with a little haul of what I had gathered up from the month of November.

What I have gotten is this FAKE bull skull head from Cotton On. I always wanted one, but all of them are usually real and very expensive like $40-$100 for it. So when I came across this for $30, I just had to get it right away and I'm just in love with it. And I guess they don't have it anymore, but they have a stag head which is a little similar. Click Here!

Next few items are from varies of stores. I got this leather jacket from Fuego on sale for $20. Who knew they would have a super cute leather jacket. I unsteadily fell in love with this jacket the moment I saw it.
The next items is from Pacsun and what is nice is that Pacsun at my mall was closing out, so they were having a 60% off sale of the entire store. I got some boyfriend jeans from gypsy warrior for about $20 and before the price was about $60? I believe, but it was a steal the moment I saw it.

I got these floral pants that I was on a hunt for, for a long time. Then there's some necklaces that were under $4-5. Every girl needs some chains to layer up their closet.
I can't wait to wear these shirts in the summer or the spring when it gets a little warmer!
Here's some shirts from Forever21. A crop top and a fitted scoop neck burgundy shirt.

thanks for reading~~

It's been awhile... christmas is around the corner

It has been awhile since I've last blogged, but I'm back...hopefully... Wellllllll.. school was kicking my butt. I hate exams and classes that you're unsure of what your current grade is. It just has been a lot of stress as of lately and I've been super busy with work and studying a lot. Like a lot a lot haha.
ANYWAYS, I have bought some stuff over the course of the month of November. I think clothes will be in another post, I had accumulated a lot of cute clothes because of school... yeah. Shopping heals the stress and soul. It's true!! Well here's some of the stuff I had bought!

First off is "Girl Online" by Zoella Sugg. I was sooo excited when Zoella had announced that she was releasing a book, I just had to buy it! And if you are thinking about buying the book, well Zoella has released the first chapter of her book on her facebook and I'll leave a link for you guys to read. First Chapter of "Girl Online". I haven't read too much of it, but I'll write a review of it when I finish the book.
Next item on my list is Colourpop's Lippiestix. I have bought the colors Frida, I heart this, BFF, Creature, Feminist, Bullchic, and Frenchie.
From left to right, (BFF, Frida, Frenchie, I Heart This, Creature, Femenist, and Bullchic)
So far I have only tried Femenist for a little bit just to test it out and then wiped it off because I had to go to work. But just today I just tried Creature, which is a matte burgundy lippy. I worn it from 11:30am til 6pm-ish. I ate korean barbecue, drank a lot of tea, and it seriously stayed on all day. I didn't really need to reapply at all, it was pigmented by the time I took it off. And around 5pm, I realized that it became stained after awhile. So this product gets an A+ in my book sooo far. I will test out the others eventually... When I do, I'll do another review if my view has change on them.

Now for the last item for this post is the BH cosmetics brush
Sorry it's a little blurry! I just realized it was blurry when I was typing this blog. But these are the rose gold brush set and I have to say! For $20 brush set, they are so soft and quality. I haven't tried them yet(just got them literally today), but I will tomorrow!

I also bought my mom, some brushes as well for christmas, but shhh... she's doesn't know about them! Sadly, I didn't take a picture of them because it's already wrapped up. So yeahhhh, butttt she had recently bought the Too-Faced christmas-y carousel pack that includes four eyeshadow quads and two brush and bronzer. Since she's still a beginner at makeup and does not own any makeup brush I had bought her a beginner type brush set from Bh cosmetics, which is the pop art brush set. The pop art set includes the basic essentials for beginners or so I believe!

Speaking of christmas, Let's talk gifts! I know it can be really difficult finding gifts for him and her. So I came up with a guide of what to get. (hopefully it will help)

Try to figure out what they are into or what they really need. This should be achieved by the course of time and examining what they guilty pleasure is.
An example would be my aunt. Over the course of two years or so, I realized she really loves tea. She has two drawers of tea, she orders tea at the restaurant everything, and she drinks ALL the time. So what I had bought her is a vintage tea cups with cute designs that also comes with an assortment of tea. It's perfect, it's what she loves and she can enjoy it in a cute tea cup.
Another example would be my dad. over the course of time I realized he lovesssss drinking coffee every morning, but all of his tumblers were pretty small size. So for his birthday, which was in June, I bought him a venti size tumbler from starbucks and two coffee bag. Perfect for him! you know why? He has been using that mug literally everyday since I got it for him.

Here's a quickie though!
for her:
Makeup, Brushes
Eyeshadow palettes
(ex. lorac skinny palette maybe $15 and very pigmented)
Vintage items, ex. tea cups with saucer plates
(every girl love vintage looking stuff these days!)
bath & body works candles and/or lotion
(we can't resist the scents, I can't even)
Wall Decor
(I know all of us girls love to put cute stuff on our walls)

this might be tough, but
for him:
Tumbler for coffee/tea
hats , ex. beanies, caps
(pacsun? H&M? There's variety out there!)
Scarf
(guys needs scarves too!)
Inside joke ideas
(give them a laugh, they like it!)

Well that's all that I want to say on this blog! Thanks for reading! <3

Birthday idea: DIY Beauty box

So I was trying to figure what I want to give my friend for her birthday, and it just came to me that I should make her a little personal beauty box.

How I started was finding a box and I conventiently had this box from my order from urban outfitters. So for the out side of the box I got wrapping paper from my local Fred Meyer and used ribbons to clean up the sloppy work. Then for the inside I used streamers and folded it in a zig zag for a good two hours. And then I stick some stock paper from Joanne's (only about $0.50), then I stick a little information on the stock paper to get it detail about each item I put in the box.

Now for the items in the box.
I got my friend, two wet n wild lipsticks, bath bomb, facial treatment, NYX jumbo eye pencil, and two asian sheet mask.

Review Lime Crime Velvetine: Wicked

I recently purchased the Lime Crime Velvetine from urban outfitters. It's really getting hyped around the YouTube community and I decided hey I want to get it.

On to my review! The packaging it so adorable with little roses on it. When I first opened the product, the consistency is a light liquid, but it dries up to a matte finish.

Here's the picture as it first applied from the applicator.

And here's a picture once it dries matte

When I first applied it on my lips, I applied a little bit to much and it kind of smears when you apply too much of the product. So I highly recommend applying a little bit at a time. As it dries to a matte consistency, it does feel slightly sticky , but once it dries after awhile, it doesn't feel like it's even there. When I was drinking my hot tea it doesn't seems like to fade away too much. It stayed perfectly nice and matte on my lips for awhile.

I have to say that I really love this product and it reminds me of the NYX soft matte lip creme, but a high end version.
I would recommend this lip product who like having matte lips all day!
5/5!

My smash book!

I had my smash book awhile, but I really haven't been using or decorating it too often. Days where I am able to have time to myself, I try to find dedication to decorate it.

Well here's my smash book!
this is the front of my lovely smashbook~

One of the completed pages. This page is dedicated to me and my boyfriend and what we had done together.

And here's one of the pages that is a working progress. The first page is for my trip to the MT. Baker in Washington state, then the other page is for some of the Japanese photo booth(or Purikura) pictures from Rowland Heights, CA.

The Smash Book is a good where of keep good memories in a book. It kind of feels like scrapbooking in a way... well similar, okay maybe very similar, but a smash book is way better because it includes pages that already have a design for the pages(so it's not plain white and boring). If you would like to know where I got my smash book. Click here!
I believe I got mine in a big pack at Joann's on sale for $10.99? I don't remember, but I recommend just getting the book itself because you won't have all these extras that you don't know what to do with.
Here's a little tip for your smash book!

  • try to plan out the page and how you would like it to look.
  • don't stick things on until its how you like it to look!
  • save little things that reminds you of your trip or memory of a special day.
  • buy items where you know you will use up all of the items for your smash book.
  • buy letter stickers! (there some cute ones at target for $1!)
  • look on Pinterest if you're not inspired!
  • Sticky notes for description of a picture.
  • Gluestick, scissors, and pens are your best friends while smashbooking!
  • Be creative!
Still clueless what to do? Here's a little inspiration!
This is also an after picture of my pervious picture

Review on the The 3w Clinic Fresh Royal Jelly Mask Sheet

In the picture, it's the one in front if it's isn't obvious. Haha. But anyways, I got this sheet mask in a big pack at this beauty store in garden grove and it happens to be on sale for about $10? I believe.
So before I even used it, I wanted read some reviews on this product, but it seems like people like to use the other ones and not this specific kind.

Well instead I'll put the description of what this mask is suppose to be capable of.
The Clinic Fresh Royal Jelly Mask Sheet contains Royal Jelly Extract and is supposed to improve dry and tired skin, leaving it smooth and vibrant. Royal jelly is a rich source of proteins and essential amino acids, fatty acids and sugars." (Source:http://www.gohalainn.net)

I only used this product about twice and I  did see that it did hydrated my skin after using it at night. I also saw that my acne scar faded a little bit as well. Not only that , but I did realize my skin became brighter after using it twice. It absorbs in the skin fairly quick. And what I realize with this mask is that it doesn't contain too much essences or liquid, it's the right amount to put on your face!

I would rate this product 5/5~~~

DIY jewelry organizer

Helllllooooo everyone, I have created this simple jewelry organizer.

What you need is:

small cord board
push-pins
few cup hooks
power drill
and mounting tape.

So to start off I just bought a cork board at Dasio or you can go to micheals for a cork board. With the power drill make sure the bit of the drill is a little bit smaller than the cup hook. Then you twist in the hook and adjust it the way you like it to be.

BUT if you dont have a power drill, you can do it the manual labor way and twist in the cup hook into the board. OR, use a screw and a screw driver and screw the screw in first, then take it out and insert the cup hook

Once you have all the hooks how you like it to be. Cut out the mounting tape and stick it behide the board and mount it to the wall. It doesn't create any hideous holes or anything!

And now for the push pin, you can just place it anywhere to your like and there you go cute little jewelry organizer.
The final product!

A day in Seattle, WA.

So today was a relaxing day with my cousin. We decided to explore around Seattle just for shits and giggles.

And silly me for wearing fall fashion in still in summer fashion.
#OOTD
Top: Zara
Bottom: Forever21
Boots: Urban Outfitters
Jacket: Cotton On (No we don't have cotton on here in seattle)

To start off our day, we went to "Samurai Noodles" around the chinatown area. Best place to get ramen in Seattle!

then we were off to the main downtown of seattle and I grabbed a juice from Evolution. It taste so good, but it had cayanne pepper, which gave it a little kick to the drink.

And to end the day, we went to urban outfitters to look for clothes, but came across these japanese onies. They were super warm and I wanted one for myself, but they were on the pricy side. I found this funny mug that said "coffee makes me twerk", it almost made me want to buy.

To end my blog post. I just want to talk about how exicted I am to transition into fall fashion.
I'm ready for all the beanies, scarves, layering, boots, oversized sweater, and everything!

Fall just start already!

Review : Revlon Gel Envy in Queen of Hearts&HighStakes

In both pictures the "queen of hearts" is on the left, while "high stakes" is on the right.
So I had first tested out Revlon's Gel Envy in High Stakes because I really wanted to try out a gel nail polish. At first I wanted to try the Sally Hansen Gel polish, but I didn't feel like spending about $10 at my local fred meyer. Instead I remembered someone had mentioned the new Revlon Gel Envy somewhere around youtube.

To be honest, I didn't have so much high hopes for this nail polish, but as I have the nail polish on. It had stayed on for about a week and two days
When I started applying the polish to my nails, right away, it was really opaque for only one coat.
I just need two coats, and it also dries super quick

After being really satisfied with "high stakes", I decided to buy "queen of hearts". For this color, you probably need two-three coats to get it to the true color, but other than that I am also extremely satisfied with this color as well.

I recommend trying this Gel Polish, it's probably the cheapest gel nail polish out there!

It has a good selection of colors to choose from, and it's a very long wearing polish!

Review: Holika Holika Petit Clearing BB Cream

This bb cream has treated me wonders! I bought it for a great deal for $4 on amazon on sale. I guess it had help clear some of my ance that I have on my face. Only a little!
The coverage on this bb cream is medium to full coverage because after setting my face is does coverage up all the problem spots and sets matte. This bb cream lastest me 5-7 hours a day after applying it in the morning.

Here's a swatch of it. (I might add more later!)

It has a yellow tone to it, but the shade is like a medium/light shade. A little bit of this goes a long way.

Although it maybe seem like a cute perfect product, but there's also a few cons to it. The problem I have with this product is my oily skin seeping through. It can get cakey if you put too much.

I would give this 4/5!
